Artistic Statement

From my studio in Felton, nestled in the glorious Northumbrian countryside, I celebrate my love of all things glass. Exploring themes, colour, shape and texture, I create my own unique artwork as well as create bespoke pieces for a growing number of clients.

I create a wide variety of work in both fused, leaded and stained glass. Working with fused glass is like alchemy – you never quite know what will happen in the kiln and the effect leaded glass can have on a room is just magical. My journey as an artist is about nurturing my creativity and having the courage to let that spirit take me wherever it may lead yet never losing the ability to play.
