Delivery and Returns
Please contact the gallery by phone or email to confirm payment and delivery address before delivery is arranged, especially if outside the uk.
If you are dissatisfied with the art work you have purchased the refund will be dependent on the purchase being returned within 30 days. The refund will be processed within 10 days of the work being returned.
If the work is damaged on delivery the gallery will pay for the return delivery. You must send the delivery report on the damage and signature from the delivery driver either by email, post or with the damaged article. Therefore check the condition of the work as soon as it is delivered. Please contact the gallery to make delivery arrangements. A refund will be sent within 10 days of delivery to the gallery of the damaged article.
